Ordering and Delivery

To order any Just products simply call us on 01249 444332 and tell us what you require, we'll help you choose if you need it.

 Make a payment over the telephone using a debit or credit card (sorry - not American Express). If you order before 1130 hrs. your order will be processed the same day.
 
Saturday is not a 'normal working day' although we are sometimes available for telephone calls. We have an answering machine for times when we are not about.
 
E-mail orders are welcome, please ensure you don't send credit/debit card details via this route. Email to timothy1@xlninternet.co.uk and we will ring you back for the card numbers if we don't have them.
 
For security reasons, we are unable to offer COD facilities.
 
Because cheques are soon to be phased out, we have decided not to include this method in our payment options.
 
If you wish to call and collect, this is fine but please ring us first so we can have your order ready. If this is your preferred buying arrangement, we are able to accept cash payment for orders.
 
Our delivery policy is to ensure that customers receive their orders in perfect condition by the most economic and practical method available to us at the time of order.
 
Orders are almost all delivered within 48 hours.
 
Within a reasonable distance, usually 20 ish miles, single sack orders will be delivered with no charge. We endeavour to make three trips per week to all areas within 20 miles of our base in Wiltshire. Between 20 and 50 miles, multiple sack orders will be delivered free.
 
 
 Environmentally friendly alternative fuel vehicles deliver Just products locally.
 
Orders for multiple bags from greater distances can often be delivered free depending on economics and distances involved.
 
Orders to distant destinations are packed in a sealed protective box or polypropylene sack and sent by Courier next day service.
 
This service costs £5 for the first bag and is free for orders for two 15kg bags or more. National orders now leave directly from the point of manufacture so reducing food miles.

 
It is possible to leave instructions for the courier to leave deliveries but this is at the customers' own risk for obvious reasons.
 
If the customer's order is potentially attracting a higher delivery price (for example to off-islands) we will always discuss it before despatch.

If you forget to order in time, don't go out and buy a different product, call us. It isn't fair on the dog or cat to change food abruptly and we can usually offer a solution for the problem. - that's the beauty of personal service!!!
